D — Green. This is the traditional earthing-wire colour intended by the supplied options; modern protective-conductor identification commonly uses green-and-yellow.
For this source PYQ: earth → green (D); modern practice → check green/yellow standard.
Red, blue and black are not the intended earthing-conductor colour in the source convention. D is the only option representing the traditional earth colour.
