MGVCL JE Recruitment 2026
Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), on behalf of all Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) — MGVCL, DGVCL, UGVCL, PGVCL — and GETCO, has released a centralized recruitment notification for the post of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer – Electrical) 2026. This recruitment is being conducted under GUVNL (Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited) subsidiary companies spread across Gujarat State.
A total of 183 vacancies have been announced across all companies. The recruitment involves a two-tier Computer Based Test (CBT). Selected candidates will be appointed as Vidyut Sahayak for a fixed tenure of 2 years, after which they may be considered for regular Junior Engineer posts in the pay scale of ₹45,400–1,01,200/-.

- Initial appointment as Vidyut Sahayak for 2 years (fixed tenure)
- After satisfactory completion → eligible for Junior Engineer (Electrical) Regular post
