DRDO SSPL Apprentice Recruitment 2025

Solid State Physics Laboratory , under Defence Research and Development Organisation has released a notification on official website for the recruitment of Apprentice. The total vacancy for all the Apprentice posts is 33 posts in different categories. The Application Form has started from 01 January 2026, and the candidates can apply till the 15 January 2026. Candidates must have to check the necessary details of age, qualification and pay scale details which are given below. DRDO SSPL Apprentice Qualification

Post Name	Education Qualification
ITI Apprentice	ITI (First division) in Fitter, Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Machinist. 10th with First Division.
Diploma Apprentice	Diploma (First division) in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/ Instrumentation/Computer Science. 10th& Diploma with First Division
Graduate Apprentice	Regular Graduation degree (First division) in physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer Science. OR B.E./B. Tech. (First division) in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Communication Engineering, VLSI, Chemical Engineering from a recognized University /Institution.

• candidates who have passed their qualifying examination in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 are eligible to apply.
• Candidates who passed before 2021 are not eligible.

 How to fill the form of DRDO SSPL Apprentice

1. Portal Registration:
   • For Diploma/Graduate: Register on the NATS 2.0 Portal (nats.education.gov.in).
   • For ITI: Register on the Apprenticeship India (NAPS) portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in).
   • Note down your Registration Number as it is mandatory.
2. Open Application Form: Click on the “Apply Online” link provided in the “Essential Links” section below (Google Form).
3. Fill Details: Enter your Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, NATS/NAPS Registration Number, Marks, and other required details accurately.
4. Submit Form: Verify all the information and submit the Google Form.
5. Confirmation: You will not receive a separate email immediately but keep a screenshot of the submission for reference. All future communication regarding the interview/test will be sent to your registered email ID.
