National Health Mission has released a notification on official website for the recruitment of Community Health Officer Posts. The total vacancy for all the Community Health Officerposts is 1974 posts in different categories in different Place. The Application Form has started from 23 November 2025, and the candidates can apply till the 04 December 2025. Then Click on the Carrer Section / Vacancy Section.
Candidates have to click on the Click here for New Registration.
Fill in your basic details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID. Be extremely careful, as these details cannot be modified later.
Fill in the main application form with your educational qualifications, address, and other information.
Upload your scanned signature as per the specifications.
Proceed to pay the application fee online using internet banking, debit/credit card, or UPI.
Review your entire application one last time before final submission.
